Je komt terecht in een groeiende, familiale onderneming waar verschillende afdelingen nauw samenwerken. Als Administratief medewerker inkoop zorg je mee voor een vlotte opvolging van bestellingen, voorraad en leveranciers. Daarnaast ondersteun je de aankoper en sta je in voor een aantal administratieve en facturatiegerelateerde taken.

Wat houdt je functie in?

  • Je volgt de voorraad en de bestelbehoeften op en plaatst tijdig bestellingen bij leveranciers.
  • Je bewaakt de levertermijnen en controleert of bestellingen correct worden geleverd, zowel qua aantallen als prijzen.
  • Bij ontbrekende of foutieve leveringen volg je de situatie op en zoek je naar een passende oplossing.
  • Je denkt vooruit door voorraadniveaus en toekomstige aankoopbehoeften op te volgen. Samen met je leidinggevende bepaal je de nodige bestelparameters en voorraadniveaus.
  • Je vraagt transporten aan wanneer dat nodig is en onderhoudt professionele contacten met leveranciers.
  • Je ondersteunt de aankoper bij administratieve werkzaamheden, waaronder het opmaken van rapportages.
  • Je verzorgt de facturatie van logistieke diensten en de bijhorende administratie voor verschillende klanten.
  • Je biedt commerciële ondersteuning aan bepaalde leveranciers, bijvoorbeeld door stocklijsten en statistieken op te maken en facturatie op te volgen.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met collega's van onder andere transport, logistiek en customer service.

Je krijgt de nodige begeleiding om de functie onder de knie te krijgen. Tegelijk krijg je de ruimte om zelfstandig te werken, initiatief te nemen en jezelf verder te ontwikkelen.

  • Je hebt bij voorkeur een bacheloropleiding in een economische of commerciële richting, of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • Je hebt een eerste werkervaring en affiniteit met aankoop en logistiek.
  • Je bent administratief sterk en werkt nauwkeurig en proactief.
  • Je neemt initiatief, denkt oplossingsgericht en communiceert vlot.
  • Je kunt zowel zelfstandig als in team werken.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van het Nederlands, Frans en Engels. Kennis van het Duits is een pluspunt.
  • Je kunt vlot werken met MS Office, in het bijzonder Excel.
