Hos oss i Region Dalarna får du ett meningsfullt arbete där du kan göra skillnad. Tillsammans arbetar vi för ett hållbart Dalarna med utvecklingskraft i länets alla delar. Om verksamheten På avd 34 vårdas barn från 1 månads ålder till 18 år med olika typer av sjukdomar, både barnmedicinska såväl som kirurgiska och ortopediska. Här arbetar sjuksköterskor och undersköterskor i par och tar hand om hela spektrat av sjukdomar hos barn och ungdomar som har behov av sjukhusvård. Arbetsuppgifter Vi söker nu en till 1:a linjens chef som jobbar i delat ledarskap tillsammans med en kollega och har personalansvar för hela avd. Exempel på egenskaper vi efterfrågar: Du kommunicerar öppet och tydligt, vilket skapar trygghet i teamet. Du samarbetar över gränser och bygger hållbara relationer. Du stöttar medarbetare i deras utveckling och yrkesroller. Du kan hantera snabba förändringar och fatta beslut under press. Du är närvarande och tillgänglig för ditt team.

Vi fäster stor vikt vid personlig lämplighet. Kvalifikationer Krav: Legitimerad sjukvårdsyrke eller annan adekvat sjukvårdsutbildning. Tidigare chefserfarenhet Goda kunskaper i svenska språket
