Erfaren Á la carte-kock sökes till Drott Bar och Home Hotell Drott i Karlstad Vi söker nu en driven och passionerad kock som vill bli en del av vårt köksteam. Hos oss på Drott får du vara med och skapa fantastiska matupplevelser för våra restaurang, konferens och hotellgäster. Vi arbetar med matlagning från grunden med stort fokus på högkvalitativa råvaror. Du blir en del av ett professionellt köksteam där samarbete, kvalitet och arbetsglädje står i centrum. Vi har två kök under samma tak. På Drott Bar serverar vi mellanrätter med smaker från världens alla hörn, medan hotellets restaurang erbjuder en härlig middagsbuffé varje dag. Dina arbetsuppgifter: Förberedelser och tillagning av mat under á la carte-service. Ansvar för stationen, svinn kontroll och egenkontroll Bidra till menyutveckling tillsammans med köksmästaren.

Vi söker dig som:

Har minst 3 års erfarenhet från á la carte-kök

Har en godkänd kockutbildning eller motsvarande yrkeserfarenhet.

Är kvalitetsmedveten och arbetar strukturerat

Är stabil under press och behåller fokus när tempot ökar

Bidrar till en stark teamkultur men kan arbeta självständigt

Kommunicerar på svenska och/eller engelska
