På A&R Lidingö Hemtjänst söker vi undersköterskor och vårdbiträden som vill bidra till trygghet, självständighet och livskvalitet för våra kunder. Som medarbetare inom hemtjänsten arbetar du i kundernas egna hem och ger stöd och omsorg utifrån deras individuella behov, önskemål och genomförandeplaner. Arbetsuppgifter Dina arbetsuppgifter omfattar bland annat:

Ge personlig omvårdnad, exempelvis hjälp med hygien och påklädning.

Stödja kunder vid måltider, förflyttningar och andra vardagliga aktiviteter.

Hjälpa till med praktiska sysslor i hemmet och följa med på promenader.

Bidra till social samvaro, trygghet och en meningsfull vardag.

Dokumentera utförda insatser och uppmärksamma förändringar i kundernas behov eller hälsotillstånd.

Samarbeta med kollegor och andra berörda yrkesgrupper för att säkerställa en god och trygg omsorg.

Ansvar och förväntningar I rollen förväntas du:

Bemöta varje kund med respekt och värna om dennes integritet, självbestämmande och värdighet.

Följa genomförandeplaner, verksamhetens rutiner och gällande instruktioner.

Följa regler om sekretess och tystnadsplikt.

Arbeta utifrån din kompetens och utföra tilldelade arbetsuppgifter på ett säkert sätt.

Rapportera avvikelser, risker och misstänkta missförhållanden enligt gällande rutiner.
