Main Responsibilities You lead your own journey: Choose the rotations that inspire you most - whether it’s automation, R&D, or customer-facing roles. Build your network: Gain valuable insights from top managers through regular dinners and study visits and make friends for life. Global impact: Be part of a company driving innovation and sustainability worldwide.

Qualifications for the role A master’s degree in engineering, technology, or related field. Studies must be completed before the start of the program, September 2027. No more than two years of professional experience in your field of study before the start date. Strong leadership potential, ambition, and curiosity to take on new challenges. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset with a passion for making a difference. Due to migration laws, you need to be an EU/EES citizen or have a permanent residence permit in Sweden. Previous experience from an exchange semester, service- and/or industrial related role is considered an asset.
