Vill du utvecklas inom försäljning och samtidigt arbeta med en produkt som är aktuell för många hushåll? Brilliant Values söker nu abonnemangsförsäljare till vårt kontor i Uppsala. I rollen kontaktar du kunder via telefon och hjälper dem att se över sitt elavtal, med målet att erbjuda bättre villkor, tydligare upplägg och en lösning som passar deras behov. Du behöver inte ha tidigare erfarenhet av försäljning. Det viktigaste är att du är social, snabbtänkt, positiv och har viljan att lära dig. Vi ger dig utbildning på plats, tydliga arbetssätt och löpande coachning så att du kan utvecklas i rollen. Om tjänsten Som innesäljare hos Brilliant Values representerar du våra uppdragsgivare inom bland annat elbranschen. Vi har över 12 års erfarenhet av abonnemangsförsäljning och lång erfarenhet av att arbeta med kunddialog via telefon. Du arbetar med telefonen som främsta verktyg och får lära dig hur professionell försäljning fungerar i praktiken — från första kontakt till avslut. Vi söker dig som Behärskar svenska obehindrat i tal och skrift Är social, nyfiken och trygg i samtal med nya människor Har energi, driv och vilja att utvecklas Är positiv, lösningsorienterad och gillar att arbeta mot mål Kan ta feedback och vill bli bättre över tid
