Om Acceptio Acceptio arbetar med att skapa trygga och stabila miljöer för barn och ungdomar i behov av stöd. Vi samarbetar med familjehem och andra vårdinstanser för att säkerställa att varje barn får den omsorg och vägledning de behöver för att utvecklas och må bra. Om uppdraget Vi söker engagerade kontaktpersoner med erfarenhet av att arbeta med barn och ungdomar med neuropsykiatriska funktionsnedsättningar (NPF), såsom ADHD och autism. Som kontaktperson blir du en viktig del av barnets vardag och stödjer dem i att hantera sociala situationer, skapa struktur och främja självständighet. Arbetsuppgifter Vara en stabil och trygg vuxen i barnets eller ungdomens liv. Stödja barnet i vardagen med struktur, rutiner och social träning. Delta i fritidsaktiviteter och hjälpa barnet att utveckla sina intressen. Ha ett lågaffektivt bemötande och arbeta med anpassade strategier för NPF. Samarbeta med familjehem, skola, socialtjänst och andra aktörer.

Vem söker vi? Du har erfarenhet av att arbeta med barn och ungdomar med NPF-diagnoser, särskilt autism och ADHD. Du har kunskap om lågaffektivt bemötande och anpassade pedagogiska metoder. Du är en stabil och trygg vuxen med god förmåga att skapa relationer. Du är tålmodig, flexibel och har en förståelse för individuella behov. B-körkort är meriterande men inget krav.
