Vi söker nu en driven och engagerad Junior Innesäljare till vår kunds kontor i Norrköping. Här får du möjlighet att arbeta i en professionell och resultatinriktad miljö där du utvecklar dina säljkunskaper, bygger värdefulla relationer och skapar goda förutsättningar för en framgångsrik karriär inom försäljning. Som Junior Innesäljare blir du en viktig del av försäljningsteamet och arbetar med både befintliga och potentiella kunder. Rollen passar dig som är kommunikativ, affärsorienterad och motiveras av att skapa nya affärsmöjligheter. Arbetsuppgifter I rollen kommer du bland annat att: Kontakta och följa upp kunder via telefon och e-post. Identifiera kunders behov och presentera relevanta lösningar. Boka möten och skapa affärsmöjligheter för säljavdelningen. Hantera inkommande förfrågningar och ta fram offerter. Arbeta mot individuella och gemensamma försäljningsmål. Dokumentera kunddialoger och aktiviteter i CRM-system. Bygga upp och utveckla långsiktiga kundrelationer.

Vi söker dig som Du är en positiv, målmedveten och nyfiken person som vill utvecklas inom försäljning. Tidigare erfarenhet av försäljning är meriterande, men vi lägger stor vikt vid din personlighet, ditt driv och din vilja att lära dig. För att lyckas i rollen tror vi att du: Trivs med att skapa kontakt och bygga relationer. Har ett affärsmässigt och lösningsorienterat förhållningssätt. Är ansvarstagande och resultatorienterad. Har god samarbetsförmåga samtidigt som du kan arbeta självständigt. Motiveras av att nå uppsatta mål och utvecklas kontinuerligt.

Kvalifikationer Gymnasieexamen. Goda kunskaper i svenska, både i tal och skrift. Grundläggande datorvana. Erfarenhet av kundservice, försäljning eller telefonbaserat arbete är meriterande. B-körkort är meriterande men inget krav.
