Din roll i laget I din nya roll som Account Manager kommer du att arbeta i ett redan framgångsrikt och expansivt bolag som fortsätter att växa, både i Sverige och internationellt. Bolagets kunder finns främst inom bank, finans och fastighet. Din vardag blir varierad och tempofylld, där du ansvarar för hela försäljningsprocessen från prospektering och kundmöten till offert, avtal och långsiktig förvaltning. Du behöver vara beredd på att resor nationellt förekommer. Företaget erbjuder ett av branschens mest attraktiva kunderbjudanden. Du arbetar kontinuerligt med att vidareutveckla befintliga kundrelationer och samtidigt bygga nya. Du förväntas driva och utveckla affärer på ett proaktivt, lösningsorienterat och affärsmässigt sätt. Du rapporterar direkt till Försäljningschefen i Sverige. För att lyckas ser vi gärna att du: · Har ett genuint intresse för försäljning och affärsutveckling · Behärskar svenska och engelska obehindrat i tal och skrift, då vissa kunder är internationella · Är affärsdriven, lyhörd och kundorienterad · Har en god kommunikativ förmåga och kan övertyga på ett professionellt sätt · Ser värdet i att vara med och bidra till ett växande företag · Har erfarenhet av B2B-försäljning · Har erfarenhet från fastigheter alternativt bank/finans (meriterande, men inte ett krav) Nästa steg – vill du vara med? Vi söker dig som drivs av att påverka, utveckla och som på sikt vill växa in i en nyckelroll inom organisationen. Du har stark egen motor och vill utvecklas i en miljö som präglas av förändring och entreprenörskap.
