Om tjänsten Nu söker vi omgående en administratör till vår kund i Umeå som vill vara med och säkerställa hög kvalitet och stabil drift i deras system. Som administratör ansvarar du för att löpande hantera och åtgärda fel och avvikelser i verksamhetens nya systemmiljö. Du arbetar löpande med att identifiera och lösa systemrelaterade problem utifrån fasta och tydliga rutiner för att minimera störningar i verksamheten. Arbetet sker enligt etablerade processer och lathundar som säkerställer ett strukturerat och kvalitetssäkrat arbetssätt. Tjänsten ingår i OnePartnerGroups konsultverksamhet, vilket innebär att du blir anställd av OnePartnerGroup och arbetar ute hos vår kund. Som konsult får du möjlighet att utvecklas i din yrkesroll, samla värdefull erfarenhet och knyta nya kontakter på arbetsmarknaden. Under uppdraget finns vi på OnePartnerGroup nära till hands och stöttar dig längs vägen. Hos vår kund får du möjlighet att arbeta i en samhällsviktig verksamhet där du bidrar till stabila och effektiva system som stödjer verksamhetens dagliga arbete. Du blir en del av ett engagerat team med god gemenskap, tydliga arbetssätt och möjlighet att utvecklas inom systemadministration. Tjänsten är på heltid, mån - fre dagtid Uppdragstid; 6 månader med möjlighet till förlängning. Om Dig Vi ser gärna att du har erfarenhet av administrativa system och goda kunskaper i Excel. Som person är du noggrann, strukturerad och serviceinriktad. Du har lätt för att planera och prioritera dina arbetsuppgifter och trivs i en roll där ordning, kvalitet och detaljer är viktiga. Du arbetar metodiskt och noggrant utifrån definierade processer, samtidigt som du är flexibel och lösningsorienterad när situationen kräver det.
