The posting

Administratör 80 % Falkenbergs pastorats administration står för god service, hög tillgänglighet och ett nära stöd till både verksamheten och de människor som söker kontakt med pastoratet. Vi söker nu en administratör till vårt gemensamma administrativa team. Tjänsten har ett särskilt fokus på det östra området samtidigt som många arbetsuppgifter planeras och utförs tillsammans med kollegor inom den gemensamma administrationen. I tjänsten ingår löne- och personaladministration, stöd till chefer och medarbetare, enklare ekonomiadministration, kollekt- och kassaredovisning samt fakturahantering. Du ansvarar för områdets bokning av gudstjänsttider och tider för kyrkliga handlingar samt registrering av in- och utträden, kyrkliga handlingar och statistik, du ansvarar även för hantering av diarium och arkiv enligt gällande regelverk. Arbetet omfattar även receptions- och expeditionsservice i Falkenberg. Vi söker dig som är serviceinriktad, noggrann och strukturerad. Du har lätt för att samarbeta, bidrar till ett gott arbetsklimat och kan samtidigt arbeta självständigt och ta ansvar för dina arbetsuppgifter. Hos oss får du ett omväxlande och meningsfullt arbete där du bidrar till att skapa goda förutsättningar för pastoratets verksamhet. Kvalifikationer Du har gymnasieutbildning med ekonomisk inriktning eller annan utbildning som arbetsgivaren bedömer som likvärdig samt erfarenhet av arbete inom löneadministration, ekonomi eller liknande administrativa uppgifter. Erfarenhet av administrativt arbete inom offentlig verksamhet och Svenska kyrkan är meriterande. Du har god datorvana, erfarenhet av löne- och personalsystem samt ett serviceinriktat förhållningssätt. Stor vikt läggs vid personlig lämplighet. Du är medlem i Svenska kyrkan och delar dess värderingar. Huvudsaklig placeringsort är Falkenberg, men resor inom pastoratet förekommer vilket innebär att du måste inneha körkort B.
