Vi söker en Administratör / Back Office till vår kunds team i Västberga på heltid. Trivs du med administrativa arbetsuppgifter och vill bidra till att effektivisera vår kunds verksamhet? Vi söker nu en strukturerad och detaljorienterad person som kan hjälpa till med att hålla verksamheten löpande och organiserad. Hos vår kund kommer du få bidra med din kompetens och vara med och utveckla företaget framåt. Vår kund är nischade inom kontorsåtervinning och här får du arbeta på en trivsam arbetsplats med härliga kollegor. Arbetsuppgifter och ansvar Hantera administrativa uppgifter relaterade till kontorsverksamhet. Assistera i dokumenthantering och arkivering. Ge stöd till ledningen och andra teammedlemmar med back office-uppgifter. Delta/hjälpa till i planering och genomförande av möten och presentationer. Kundservice genom telefon och mail med befintliga kunder Orderhantering Hjälpa till vid transportplanering

Kvalifikationer och egenskaper Erfarenhet av administrativt arbete. Starka organisatoriska och tidsplaneringsförmågor. Goda kommunikativa färdigheter i svenska i tal och skrift samt god engelska. Förmåga att arbeta självständigt samt i grupp. Goda kunskaper i Officepaketet.
