Om tjänsten Vår kund söker en självgående administratör som inte bara sköter pappersarbetet och rapportering – utan som aktivt bygger rutiner och ser till att kundens kunder är trygga. Arbetsuppgifter Som Administratör får du ett helhetsansvar för den löpande driften. Dina huvudsakliga uppgifter blir att: Hantera ekonomi och tidsrapportera– sköta fakturering, följa upp kunder och rapportera nyckeltal till ägaren. Du har koll på siffrorna och ser till att verksamheten går runt. Bygga upp rutiner – Skapa arbetssätt, avtal och policyer som lägger grunden för bolagets framtida tillväxt. Du är med och formar hur vi jobbar. Ansvara för trygghet och säkerhet – Genomföra bokningar av uppdrag, hantera ordningsfrågor och säkerställa att det är ordning för alla. Kontakta och serva kunder – Vara bolagets ansikte utåt – från första kundkontakt till reklamationer. Du älskar att lösa problem och skapa nöjda kunder.

Vem söker vi? Du är van att arbeta självständigt och tar egna initiativ. Du har en god ekonomisk förståelse och känner dig trygg med att hantera tidsrapporter och fakturering. Du trivs med att kontakta och prata med både stora och små kunder. Du är noggrann, strukturerad och gillar att skapa ordning och reda. Du är lugn och metodisk.

Krav: God säljvana och erfarenhet av Admistrantion Ekonomisk kompetens (t.ex. erfarenhet av budget, prissättning, fakturering eller bokföring) B-körkort Goda kunskaper i svenska i tal och skrift Självgående och strukturerad

Meriterande: Erfarenhet från nystartade företag eller eget företagande Kunskap i Office-paketet och ekonomisystem
