Vi söker nu, på uppdrag av en av våra kunder, en noggrann och serviceinriktad administratör för en heltidsanställning i Lund. I rollen blir du en viktig del av verksamheten och arbetar med att skapa struktur, hantera administrativa processer och ge stöd till både kollegor och kunder. Du trivs i en varierad roll där du får ta ansvar och hantera flera uppgifter samtidigt.

Arbetsuppgifter Hantera löpande administrativa uppgifter Registrera och uppdatera information i olika system Hantera dokument, avtal och annan administration Besvara inkommande mejl och telefonsamtal Boka möten och hantera kalendrar Ta fram underlag, sammanställningar och rapporter Ge administrativ service och stöd till kollegor Säkerställa att dokumentation och rutiner följs Bidra i olika projekt och förbättringsarbete Övriga förekommande administrativa uppgifter

Kvalifikationer Tidigare erfarenhet av administrativt arbete är meriterande God datorvana och erfarenhet av Officepaketet Du är noggrann, strukturerad och ansvarstagande Du har god kommunikativ förmåga Du trivs med att arbeta självständigt och i team Du är serviceinriktad och lösningsorienterad Du har lätt för att prioritera och hantera flera arbetsuppgifter samtidigt God svenska i tal och skrift

Meriterande Erfarenhet av kontorsadministration Erfarenhet av affärs- eller ärendehanteringssystem Erfarenhet av kundservice eller intern support Vana av dokumentation, uppföljning och rapportering
