Vi söker nu, på uppdrag av en av våra kunder, en strukturerad och serviceinriktad administratör för heltidsarbete i Jönköping. Vi söker dig som trivs med varierande administrativa uppgifter, har god organisationsförmåga och vill bidra till att verksamhetens dagliga arbete fungerar smidigt och effektivt.

I rollen blir du en viktig del av teamet och arbetar med dokumenthantering, intern support och samordning. Du har många kontaktytor och bidrar med noggrannhet, struktur och ett professionellt bemötande.

Arbetsuppgifter

Arbetsuppgifterna kan variera, men innefattar bland annat: Hantera, registrera och organisera dokument och information Ge administrativ support till kollegor och chefer Besvara inkommande mejl och telefonsamtal Boka möten och samordna kalendrar Uppdatera register, listor och interna system Förbereda rapporter, mötesunderlag och andra dokument Hantera post, arkivering och övriga kontorsuppgifter Följa upp administrativa rutiner och säkerställa att information är korrekt Bidra till att utveckla och effektivisera administrativa processer

Kvalifikationer

Vi söker dig som: Är noggrann, strukturerad och ansvarstagande Har god planerings- och organisationsförmåga Är serviceinriktad och har lätt för att samarbeta Kan arbeta självständigt och prioritera mellan olika arbetsuppgifter Har god datorvana och lätt för att lära dig nya system Har god kommunikativ förmåga i svenska, både muntligt och skriftligt

Tidigare erfarenhet av administrativt arbete är meriterande, men vi välkomnar även dig som är i början av din karriär och vill utvecklas inom administration.

Meriterande Erfarenhet av administration eller kontorsarbete Goda kunskaper i Microsoft Office, särskilt Word, Excel och Outlook Erfarenhet av affärs- eller verksamhetssystem Bakgrund inom kundservice eller intern support
