Administratör/Kundtjänst till Vallebygdens Elektriska AB (ca 75%) Vi söker en noggrann och serviceinriktad administratör med kundtjänstinriktning till Vallebygdens koncern! Hos oss blir du en del av ett lokalt förankrat företag med stark gemenskap, bred kompetens och ett tydligt fokus på personlig service. Vi arbetar nära våra kunder och medlemmar, och du får en viktig roll i att hålla vår elhandel trygg, tydlig och professionell. Om rollen Du kommer att arbeta brett inom administration men kopplat till elhandel och kundhantering i första hand. Rollen passar dig som är strukturerad, kommunikativ och trivs med varierade arbetsuppgifter. Tjänsten är på ca 75%, med möjlighet till heltid på sikt. För rätt person kan rollen utvecklas till kundtjänst- och faktureringsansvarig. Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter Elhandelsadministration: sälja och hantera avtal, villkor, kunddata och löpande ärenden Marknadsföring: uppdatera hemsida, skapa innehåll för sociala medier och bidra i kampanjer Kundtjänst: ta emot samtal och hjälpa kunder i diverse frågor Systemadministration: hantera för- och färdiganmälan till vårt elnäts-bolag, statistik och kundärenden i vårt debiteringsprogram Elvira. Datahantering: arbeta i Excel, skapa rapporter och använda AI‑verktyg i det dagliga arbetet

Vi söker dig som Har erfarenhet av administrativt arbete, gärna inom sälj. Är trygg i Excel och har god digital vana Har arbetat med AI‑verktyg eller är nyfiken på att utveckla den kompetensen Är kommunikativ, strukturerad och trivs med kundkontakt Har erfarenhet av debiteringsprogrammet Elvira (meriterande) Är noggrann, ansvarstagande och gillar att arbeta i ett mindre team med nära samarbete
