Vi på OnePartnerGroup söker nu en Administratör/Transportbokare för ett omgående uppdrag hos en av våra kunder i Halmstad. Tjänsten inleds som en uthyrning via OnePartnerGroup med goda möjligheter till anställning direkt hos kunden på sikt. Vår kund är ett väl etablerat företag inom stål- och logistikbranschen med lång erfarenhet på marknaden. Verksamheten präglas av hög servicegrad, stark tillväxt och ett nära samarbete mellan olika funktioner. Om tjänsten Som Administratör/Transportbokare blir du en viktig del av verksamheten och arbetar nära kollegor inom försäljning, lager och produktion. Du ansvarar för administration av orderflöden samt bokning och uppföljning av transporter till och från anläggningen. Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter innefattar: Orderadministration och transportbokning Beräkning, kontroll och uppföljning av frakter och fakturor Uppföljning av leveranser och lagerstatus Certifikatshantering och dokumentation Upprättande av produktionsunderlag och bearbetningslistor Fördelning av order till produktionen Viss produktionsplanering och koordinering

Rollen innebär många kontaktytor både internt och externt, vilket ställer krav på god kommunikationsförmåga och ett strukturerat arbetssätt. Din profil Vi söker dig som gillar administration och kan vara självgående, noggrann och organiserad. Du trivs i sammanhang där du får ta ansvar, planera och hålla många bollar i luften. Vi ser gärna att du är van att arbeta i olika system. Du är serviceinriktad, flexibel och har lätt för att samarbeta med människor i olika funktioner. Erfarenhet är inte det viktigaste även om du drar fördel av att ha arbetat i liknande roller. Kvalifikationer: Erfarenhet av orderhantering, logistikplanering, transportbokning eller liknande administrativa arbetsuppgifter Erfarenhet av arbete med många kontaktytor där service och kundfokus varit centralt Goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska, både i tal och skrift B-körkort
