Institutionen för kemi inom livsvetenskaperna är geografiskt belägen inom Biomedicinskt Centrum i Uppsala. Här bedrivs vårt universitets huvudsakliga forskning inom biokemi, organisk kemi och analytisk kemi. Institutionens framstående forskning drar nytta av närheten till övriga kemigrenar, samt växelverkar med biomedicin, farmaci, fysik och materialvetenskap. Arbetsuppgifter Du kommer att bistå institutionsledningen med administrativa sysslor som tex framtagning och organisering av dokumentation, bokning och administration kring resor och samarbeten, hjälpa till med administrativa arbetsuppgifter för undervisning, kontakt med företag gällande leveranser och beställningar, korrekturläsning av svenska och engelska texter, inhämtning av underlag, accesser, kommunikationsarbete. Du är en viktig del av institutionens stödverksamhet och i din grupp finns 6 kollegor som arbetar med ekonomi, HR-frågor, kursadministration och övrig administration. Kvalifikationskrav Mycket goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska. God erfarenhet av Office-paketet och mycket god dator- och internetvana. Mycket stor vikt kommer att läggas vid personlig lämplighet såsom social kompetens och hög servicekänsla för ett välfungerande samarbeten. Det är viktigt att du är noggrann och flexibel att hjälpa till med det som behövs. Önskvärt/meriterande i övrigt Önskvärt att ha kunskaper i grafiska mjukvaror såsom Paint och Adobe CS2.
