Är du tillgänglig omgående? Vill du ta en central roll i en internationell forsknings- och utvecklingsorganisation och bidra med struktur, service och koordinering i vardagen? Vi söker nu en administrativ assistent till ett konsultuppdrag hos ett välkänt bolag inom hygien och hälsa i Mölndal. Om uppdraget Du blir en del av organisationen för forskning, utveckling och teknik (RD&T – Research, Development & Technology) och stöttar cirka 85–90 medarbetare i laboratorieverksamheten, däribland ett tiotal laboratoriechefer. Rollen rapporterar till Global Analytical Laboratory Director och innebär ett nära samarbete med både chefer, medarbetare och en annan assistent inom organisationen. Det här är ett konsultuppdrag på heltid med omgående start. Du behöver därför kunna tillträda med mycket kort varsel. Uppdraget löper initialt till den 31 januari 2027, med möjlighet till förlängning. Arbetet utförs på plats i Mölndal. Dina arbetsuppgifter Säkerställa att laboratorieförbrukningsmaterial, exempelvis filterpapper och kemikalier, finns tillgängligt i rätt mängd

Skapa och hantera inköpsordrar i Ariba

Administrera reseräkningar och utlägg i Concur

Planera, boka och koordinera större teammöten samt skicka mötesinbjudningar

Underhålla och uppdatera e-post- och distributionslistor

Stötta chefer vid planering av avtackningar, firanden och andra sociala aktiviteter

Bidra med bred administrativ och koordinerande support till organisationen

Vem söker vi? Vi söker dig som har erfarenhet av administration, koordinering eller en liknande serviceinriktad roll. Någon särskild utbildningsbakgrund krävs inte – det viktigaste är att du är strukturerad, lösningsorienterad och trivs med att hjälpa andra. För att lyckas i rollen ser vi att du har:

Goda kunskaper i Microsoft Office, särskilt Word, Excel och PowerPoint

Mycket god svenska och engelska i tal och skrift

God systemvana och lätt för att lära dig nya digitala verktyg

Förmåga att hantera flera parallella uppgifter och anpassa dig när prioriteringar förändras

Ett noggrant, självständigt och serviceinriktat arbetssätt

Stark kommunikativ förmåga och lätt för att skapa goda relationer

Initiativförmåga och en naturlig nyfikenhet att söka information och lösa problem

Det är meriterande om du har erfarenhet av Ariba, Concur, fakturahanteringssystem eller att strukturera och administrera innehåll i SharePoint.
