Vi söker en strukturerad och engagerad administrativ assistent som vill bli en viktig del av vår verksamhet. Rollen passar dig som tycker om variation, tar ansvar för dina arbetsuppgifter och har lätt för att sätta dig in i nya arbetssätt och digitala verktyg. Arbetsdagarna kan se olika ut och under vissa perioder kan tempot vara högt, därför är det viktigt att du kan prioritera, behålla struktur och arbeta lösningsorienterat även när det är mycket att göra. Du kommer att arbeta nära verksamheten och hjälpa till med både löpande administration och praktisk koordinering. Arbetsuppgifter kan bland annat innebära: Hantering av e-post, dokument och löpande administration Registrering och uppföljning av arbetstider och olika underlag Förberedelse och uppföljning av faktura- och ekonomirelaterade underlag Kontakt med personal, kunder och leverantörer Bokningar, planering och enklare koordinering Organisering och arkivering av dokument Informationssökning och arbete i olika digitala system Användning av AI-verktyg som stöd i administrativa arbetsuppgifter Andra administrativa uppgifter som uppstår i den dagliga verksamheten

Vi söker dig som: Är noggrann, strukturerad och ansvarstagande Är aktiv och tar initiativ när du ser att något behöver göras Har viljan och förmågan att lära dig nya saker Kan arbeta självständigt men också samarbeta med andra Kan prioritera och behålla fokus även under perioder med högre arbetsbelastning Har god datorvana och känner dig bekväm med digitala verktyg Har god kommunikationsförmåga Kan uttrycka dig väl på svenska och engelska

Erfarenhet av administrativt arbete är meriterande, men vi värdesätter även rätt inställning, ansvarskänsla och vilja att utvecklas. Erfarenhet av AI-verktyg och AI-baserade plattformar, exempelvis ChatGPT eller liknande, är också meriterande. Du behöver inte vara expert, men vi ser gärna att du är nyfiken på ny teknik och har lätt för att lära dig nya digitala arbetssätt.
