The posting

Myndigheten Trafikanalys tar på regeringens uppdrag fram kunskapsunderlag om transportområdet. Vi utvecklar transportpolitiken genom att granska, följa upp och utvärdera föreslagna och genomförda åtgärder. Vi analyserar transportpolitikens omvärld och dess framtida förutsättningar, samt ansvarar för Sveriges officiella statistik inom transporter och kommunikationer. Trafikanalys kommer den 1 januari2027 att tillsammans med Tillväxtanalys bilda en ny myndighet, som täcker in både transport- och tillväxtområdet. Den nya myndigheten kommer att ha ca 100 medarbetare och kommer att ha kontor i Stockholm och Östersund.

Till avdelningen för verksamhetsstöd söker vi en Administrativ handläggare Placeringsort: Östersund Vi erbjuder dig Utvecklande arbetsuppgifter i en miljö där Sveriges tillväxt- och transportpolitik står i fokus. Arbetsuppgifter Rollen som administrativ handläggare är bred och innebär att du kommer arbeta med uppgifter för avdelningen och stötta kärnverksamheten med olika administrativa uppgifter. Du kommer att ansvara för registratur- och arkivfrågor samt arbeta med personaladministrativa frågor. Utöver det kommer du att hjälpa till med andra administrativa frågor exempelvis med lokaladministrativa frågor samt löpande ekonomiska frågor. Den medarbetare som vi söker ska trivas i den administrativa rollen och ha erfarenhet av att ge administrativt stöd. Vi söker dig som har god samarbetsförmåga, är självgående, initiativtagande och serviceinriktad. Vi kommer att lägga stor vikt vid personlig lämplighet. Om rekryterande avdelning Avdelningen för verksamhetsstöd ansvarar för ekonomiadministrativa tjänster, IT-tjänster, kommunikation, arbetsgivarfrågor samt juridik, upphandlingsstöd och kontorsservice. På avdelningen samordnas verksamhetsplanering, budgetunderlag och årsredovisning. Avdelningen har idag sex medarbetare och finns både i Stockholm och Östersund. För tjänsten krävs Erfarenhet av att arbeta med W3D3 eller liknande system Erfarenhet av arkivredovisning Erfarenhet av att arbeta i Primula eller liknande system Erfarenhet personaladministrativt arbete Mycket god kunskap i Microsoft Officepaketet Erfarenhet av administrativt arbete i offentlig verksamhet Vi ser gärna att du har Erfarenhet av att arbeta med omorganisation Arbetat med löpande ekonomiska frågor Erfarenhet av att ha arbetat i Agresso Erfarenhet av leverantörskontakter och ansvar för avtalsförvaltning Erfarenhet av att arbeta självständigt Arbetstid/Varaktighet: Tills vidare, tillträde enligt överenskommelse.
