Om tjänsten Som administrativ handläggare blir du en viktig del av verksamheten och fungerar som ett stöd för invånare och patienter. Du arbetar med både kundservice och administrativa uppgifter i en miljö där kvalitet, tillgänglighet och service står i fokus. Rollen innebär en varierad kombination av kundkontakt via telefon och digitala kanaler. Administrativ handläggning samt dokumenthantering är också något som ingår i tjänsten. Dina arbetsuppgifter · Ge service och vägledning via telefon och digitala kanaler. · Hantera ärenden relaterade till patientfakturor. · Informera om avgifter och regler i vården. · Besvara frågor om vårdval och högkostnadsskydd. · Hantera beställningar av produkter som stödjer patienters vård och hälsa. · Inskanning av handlingar. Du blir en del av ett engagerat team där samarbete, kunskapsutbyte och utveckling värderas högt. Verksamheten befinner sig i en spännande utvecklingsfas, vilket ger dig möjlighet att vara med och påverka framtida arbetssätt. Vi söker dig som Har minst gymnasieutbildning och erfarenhet från kundservice, support eller annan serviceinriktad verksamhet. Du trivs med att ha många kontaktytor och känner dig bekväm med att hantera olika typer av frågor och ärenden. För att lyckas i rollen ser vi att du är:

Erfarenhet från offentlig verksamhet eller vårdrelaterad verksamhet.

Mycket goda kunskaper i svenska, både i tal och skrift, är ett krav. Övrig information Placering: Linköping.

Omfattning: Heltid.

Arbetstid: Dagtid, måndag–fredag.

Start: Enligt överenskommelse.

Uppdragslängd: Minst 6 månader med god möjlighet till förlängning.
