Om uppdraget För vår kund Vattenfall söker vi nu en administrativ koordinator på deltid. Du kommer att få en central roll i verksamheten där du stöttar teamet med administration, kundhantering och koordinering av dagliga aktiviteter. Tjänsten passar dig som är strukturerad, serviceinriktad och trivs med att ha många kontaktytor. Initialt sker arbetet på plats i Uppsala för att säkerställa en bra introduktion. Därefter finns viss flexibilitet kring var arbetet utförs beroende på verksamhetens behov. Arbetsuppgifter Uppdatera och administrera information i CRM-system Hantera kund- och avtalsadministration Ta emot och följa upp inkommande förfrågningar Stötta verksamheten med rapporter, statistik och underlag Hantera och följa upp kundärenden Koordinera möten, aktiviteter och event Säkerställa att kunddata och dokumentation är korrekt och uppdaterad Vara ett administrativt stöd till verksamheten i det dagliga arbetet

Vi söker dig som Har erfarenhet av administration, kundservice, säljsupport eller liknande Har god systemvana och lätt för att lära dig nya digitala verktyg Kommunicerar obehindrat på svenska i tal och skrift Är strukturerad, noggrann och ansvarstagande Trivs med att arbeta självständigt samtidigt som du samarbetar väl med andra Har ett serviceinriktat och lösningsorienterat arbetssätt

Meriterande Erfarenhet av CRM-system Erfarenhet av kundservice eller säljsupport Erfarenhet av administrativ koordinering Pågående högskole- eller universitetsstudier inom exempelvis ekonomi, marknadsföring, service management eller liknande

Om tjänsten Omfattning: 50 % (ca 20 timmar per vecka) Placering: Uppsala Start: 1 november 2026 eller enligt överenskommelse Uppdragsperiod: Till och med 31 mars 2027, med möjlighet till förlängning
