Vi söker en noggrann, strukturerad och serviceinriktad administrativ medarbetare till vår verksamhet. Som administrativ medarbetare blir du en viktig del av den dagliga verksamheten och ansvarar för att det administrativa arbetet fungerar effektivt och strukturerat. Arbetsuppgifter Löpande administrativt arbete och dokumenthantering

Hantering av e-post och telefon

Registrering och uppföljning av ärenden

Bokningar, planering och koordinering

Hantering av administrativa underlag

Fakturahantering och enklare ekonomiadministration

Kontakt med kunder, leverantörer och samarbetspartners

Övriga administrativa arbetsuppgifter utifrån verksamhetens behov

Vi söker dig som Är noggrann, strukturerad och ansvarstagande

Har god datorvana och lätt för att lära dig nya system

Har goda kunskaper i svenska, både i tal och skrift

Kan arbeta självständigt och ta egna initiativ

Är serviceinriktad och professionell i kontakt med kunder och samarbetspartners

Har god förmåga att planera och prioritera ditt arbete

Tidigare erfarenhet av administrativt arbete är meriterande, men vi lägger stor vikt vid personlig lämplighet och viljan att utvecklas.
