Vi söker nu en positiv, serviceinriktad och noggrann person som vill stötta våra sköterskor och läkare med enklare administrativa och praktiska arbetsuppgifter på vår klinik i centrala Göteborg. Om LifeTrack LifeTrack erbjuder en modern och förebyggande hälsoundersökning där vi undersöker flera viktiga delar av hälsan vid ett och samma besök. Vi är ett engagerat team som arbetar tillsammans för att ge varje patient ett professionellt, tryggt och personligt bemötande. Om tjänsten I rollen hjälper du till att skapa ett välkomnande och effektivt patientflöde på kliniken. Du arbetar nära våra sjuksköterskor och läkare, men tjänsten innebär inget medicinskt ansvar. Arbetsuppgifterna består bland annat av att: Ta emot och välkomna patienter. Registrera patienter och hantera enklare administration. Förbereda och återställa undersöknings- och behandlingsrum. Administrera, sortera och överföra filer och dokument. Transportera och lämna blodprover till laboratoriet. Hjälpa sjuksköterskor och läkare med andra praktiska och administrativa uppgifter. Bidra till att kliniken är välorganiserad och att våra patienter får ett professionellt och varmt bemötande.

Vem söker vi? Vi söker dig som är ansvarstagande, strukturerad och prestigelös. Du tycker om att möta människor och har lätt för att se vad som behöver göras. Eftersom arbetet sker i en vårdnära miljö behöver du vara noggrann, pålitlig och ha respekt för patientsekretess. Vi ser gärna att du: Har tidigare erfarenhet av administration, kundservice, reception eller liknande arbete. Är van att arbeta med datorer och digitala system. Talar och skriver svenska obehindrat. Har ett professionellt och vänligt bemötande. Kan arbeta självständigt och samtidigt vara en del av ett mindre team. Har möjlighet att börja arbeta omgående.

Erfarenhet från vård, klinik eller annan patientnära verksamhet är meriterande, men inget krav. Stor vikt läggs vid personlig lämplighet. Anställningsvillkor Anställningsform: Tidsbegränsad timanställning motsvarande ca 80-100%. Tillträde: Omgående. Anställningsperiod: Till och med den 31 december 2026, med möjlighet till förlängning. Arbetsplats: LifeTrack, Fredsgatan 3 i centrala Göteborg. Lön: Timlön enligt överenskommelse.
