Vi söker nu en självständig, strukturerad och lösningsorienterad administrativ & operativ koordinator som vill bli en viktig del av vår fortsatta utveckling. Det här är en roll för dig som tycker om ansvar, struktur, tempo och människor – och som trivs med att själv se vad som behöver göras och ta ansvar för att det blir gjort. OM ROLLEN Som administrativ & operativ koordinator arbetar du nära VD och har en central roll i den dagliga verksamheten. Du kommer bland annat att arbeta med: Schemaläggning och bemanning Daglig koordinering av personal Kundkontakt via telefon och mejl Bokningar och kundärenden Planering av fordon och personal Uppföljning av preliminära bokningar Administration och dokumentation Digitala system och planeringsverktyg Underlag kopplat till löner och attest Uppföljning av rutiner och arbetssätt Kommunikation med medarbetare Problemlösning och dagliga prioriteringar Administrativt stöd till VD

Du ska kunna hålla ihop flera delar samtidigt och förstå vad som är viktigast just nu. VEM SÖKER VI? Framför allt söker vi dig som tar ansvar. När du ser att något behöver göras väntar du inte på att någon annan ska säga åt dig – du tar tag i det. MERITERANDE Det är meriterande om du har erfarenhet av: administration koordinering eller arbetsledning schemaläggning och bemanning kundservice personaladministration ekonomiadministration service-, städ- eller facilitybranschen Fortnox eller liknande system digitala boknings- och planeringssystem
