Horizon Bioinnovation i Lund tar fram ett algbaserat material som skyddar celler och produkter mot frys- och värmeskador. Tre områden: infrysning av djurs sperma & embryon (Cryozan™), tablettbeläggning och solskydd (CryoSun™). Egen produktion i Billeberga. Nu söker vi en affärsutvecklare, som tar bolaget från forskning till första kunder. Du kommer att • Äga den kommersiella sidan från start till mål och rapportera till styrelsen & investerare • Ta fram den kommersiella strategin och välja var vi vinner först • Arbeta tätt med vår forskare för att omsätta vetenskapen i produkter kunder vill köpa • Hitta och bygga kund-, distributörs- & partnerrelationer i Norden, Europa & USA • Driva affärer från första kontakt till avtal • Stötta finansieringen: investerarkontakter, kapitalrundor, lån & bidrag • Bygga arbetssätt som skalar i takt med att vi växer

Du har • Minst 3 års erfarenhet av att leda team, förändringsarbete eller verksamhetsutveckling • Erfarenhet av affärsutveckling, försäljning eller annat kommersiellt arbete • God AI-kompetens: du använder AI-verktyg dagligen för analys, research & att bygga saker, och ser hur de kan göra ett litet team större • Driv: du får saker att hända utan färdiga strukturer och trivs när det är oklart • Genuint intresse för bioteknik & hållbara material, och lust att lära dig vetenskapen • Flytande engelska i tal & skrift

Meriterande: erfarenhet från startup eller eget bolag, life science, investerarkontakter, svenska.
