What you will do: Identify opportunities to apply AI, automation, and digital tools across business and finance processes Build and test AI-powered solutions, prompts, agents, dashboards, and workflow automations Analyze existing ways of working and recommend improvements through AI and data-driven approaches Support teams in adopting AI tools and sharing best practices Collaborate with business, finance, and IT stakeholders to turn ideas into practical solutions Document use cases, benefits, and lessons learned to support wider adoption of AI The skills you bring: Recent graduate, or taking the first steps in your professional career Studying or qualified in AI, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, Finance, or a related field Curious about AI, automation, analytics, and digital technologies Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset Comfortable working with data and exploring new tools Strong communication and collaboration skills Eager to learn and contribute in an international environment Technical Skills (Advantageous): Python, Power BI, Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI, Analytics and automation tools Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills Program Highlight 6-month paid assignment Kista, Sweden Designed as an immersive experience, with regular office collaboration helping you learn faster, build stronger connections, and become an active part of the team
