Medlink söker en tekniskt nyfiken och verksamhetsnära person som vill utveckla våra system, automatisera manuellt arbete och skapa bättre beslutsunderlag. Du kommer även att bidra inom digital leadsgenerering och andra initiativ där teknik, data och marknad möts. Vi söker dig som är driven, självgående och tycker om att bygga, testa och förbättra. Du använder gärna moderna AI-verktyg som Codex, Claude Code, Cursor eller motsvarande för att snabbt gå från idé till fungerande lösning. Om rollen Som AI & Business Systems Specialist får du en bred roll i gränslandet mellan teknik och verksamhet. Du arbetar nära organisationen, sätter dig in i våra processer och identifierar hur teknik kan förenkla och förbättra. En viktig del av rollen är att själv kunna utveckla och implementera lösningar. Du kommer bland annat att: bygga interna applikationer, AI-agenter och automatiserade arbetsflöden snabbt utveckla prototyper och omsätta fungerande idéer i praktiken konfigurera och vidareutveckla CRM och andra affärssystem bygga integrationer mellan system genom API:er och webhooks utveckla dashboards, rapporter och KPI:er analysera data med SQL och bidra till god datakvalitet automatisera rapportering och uppföljning bidra till digital leadsgenerering och analys av digitala kampanjer förbättra hur leads kommer in i och bearbetas i våra system

Marknadsföring är ett kompletterande ansvarsområde. Rollens huvudsakliga fokus ligger på teknik, system, automation och data. Vem söker vi? Du har relevant erfarenhet eller på annat sätt förvärvad kompetens inom exempelvis systemutveckling, affärssystem, automation, dataanalys eller ett närliggande område. Du behöver inte kunna allt från början. Det viktigaste är att du har en god teknisk grund, lär dig snabbt och tycker om att själv ta reda på hur saker kan lösas. Vi tror att du: har erfarenhet av programmering och kan bygga enklare applikationer eller tekniska lösningar har arbetat med, eller har ett stort intresse för, AI-baserade utvecklingsverktyg förstår hur system kan kopplas samman genom API:er, webhooks eller andra integrationer har erfarenhet av SQL, dataanalys eller BI kan förstå verksamhetens behov och omsätta dem i praktiska lösningar är självgående, lösningsorienterad och prestigelös

Erfarenhet av CRM-system, automatiseringsplattformar, digital annonsering eller leadsgenerering är meriterande. Du behöver däremot inte vara specialist inom samtliga områden. Om Medlink Medlink arbetar med bemanning inom vården och har sedan 2014 hjälpt vårdgivare att hitta rätt kompetens. Vi befinner oss i en utvecklingsfas där teknik, AI och datadrivna arbetssätt får en allt viktigare roll. Hos oss får du arbeta nära verksamheten, med kort väg från idé till beslut. Du får stort utrymme att påverka både våra arbetssätt och tekniska vägval. Tjänsten är på heltid och utgår från vårt kontor på Röntgenvägen 3C i Solna, nära Karolinska.
