Vill du ta en ledande roll i att bygga och utveckla en AI & Data-affär i Malmöregionen? Vi söker en erfaren AI & Data Lead till ett etablerat internationellt konsultbolag. Det här är en senior roll för dig som vill kombinera affärsutveckling, ledarskap och AI & Data – och som motiveras av att bygga verksamhet, skapa nya kundrelationer och utveckla människor.

Om rollen Som AI & Data Lead får du ett tydligt mandat att driva och utveckla affären inom AI & Data i Malmöregionen, samtidigt som du själv är aktiv i extern projektleverans och leder komplexa kunduppdrag. En central del av rollen är att vara synlig på den lokala marknaden, skapa och utveckla kundrelationer samt identifiera och driva nya affärsmöjligheter. Du förväntas kunna ta en affär från första dialog och behovsanalys till ett etablerat kundsamarbete och framgångsrik leverans. Parallellt får du en viktig ledarroll där du bygger, leder och utvecklar konsulter, samtidigt som du leder team i komplexa kundprojekt och transformationsinitiativ. Du bidrar även till att utveckla relevanta erbjudanden inom AI & Data och omsätta marknadens och kundernas behov till tjänster som skapar konkret affärsvärde. En viktig del av rollen är extern projektleverans, där du arbetar nära kunder och leder team i komplexa AI & Data-initiativ. Kunduppdragen kan sträcka sig över hela transformationsresan – från strategi och rådgivning till implementation och skalning av AI- och datalösningar. Du har därför själv erfarenhet av att leda eller genomföra implementation av AI i verksamheter.

Vi söker dig som har

En stark bakgrund inom management- eller technology consulting

God kompetens inom AI & Data. Det kan exempelvis vara inom Agentic AI, AI-arkitektur, Data Engineering, Data Architecture, Data Strategy eller AI Strategy – du förväntas inte täcka samtliga områden

Erfarenhet av att implementera AI-lösningar och ta initiativ från strategi och idé till faktisk användning i verksamheten

Dokumenterad erfarenhet av affärsutveckling och försäljning av komplexa transformations- och konsulttjänster

Erfarenhet av att självständigt utveckla nya kundrelationer och driva säljprocesser

Erfarenhet av att bygga, leda och utveckla team

Erfarenhet av att leda team i större transformationsprogram och komplexa kundmiljöer

Stark lokal förankring i Malmö/Skåne och ett relevant professionellt nätverk i regionen

Du behöver inte vara den mest tekniska specialisten i rummet. Däremot behöver du ha tillräcklig kompetens inom AI & Data för att vara en trovärdig rådgivare till seniora beslutsfattare och kunna förstå hur teknologi kan omsättas till verkligt affärsvärde.

Meriterande Det är positivt om du har erfarenhet från consumer, energi eller offentlig sektor, har byggt upp ett affärsområde eller en lokal konsultverksamhet och har ett etablerat nätverk på senior beslutsfattarnivå. Erfarenhet av GenAI och/eller Agentic AI är särskilt intressant.

Du tycker om att bygga team och verksamheter, utveckla nya erbjudanden och skapa långsiktiga kundrelationer. Du är lika bekväm med att leda människor internt som att leda team genom komplexa transformationer hos kund. Du kan identifiera en affärsmöjlighet, forma ett relevant erbjudande och bygga den relation som krävs för att vinna och utveckla affären.
