Vi söker en AI Engineer som vill bygga lösningar som faktiskt används i verksamheten. För dig är AI inte en demo vid sidan av, utan ett verktyg för att lösa riktiga problem, automatisera arbete och skapa bättre sätt att jobba.

Du gillar att bygga, testa och få saker i produktion. Hos oss arbetar du nära både kunden och tekniken och behöver därför vara lika nyfiken på problemet som på modellen, arkitekturen eller verktyget som kan lösa det.

Vad du kommer att göra

Du kommer bland annat att:

designa, bygga och vidareutveckla lösningar med generativ AI, LLM:er, agents och automation koppla AI till affärssystem, dataplattformar, API:er och andra verksamhetskritiska system välja rätt angreppssätt för exempelvis retrieval, tool use och agentbaserade flöden ta lösningar från idé och proof of concept till robust implementation och produktion arbeta med utvärdering, testning, säkerhet, behörigheter och spårbarhet samarbeta nära kunder för att förstå processer, data och behov och omsätta dem till fungerande lösningar

Vem vi tror att du är

Du har minst fyra års relevant erfarenhet inom systemutveckling, data, AI eller liknande och har byggt moderna AI-lösningar i praktiken.

Du behöver inte komma från klassisk machine learning eller forskning. Det viktiga är att du kan bygga fungerande produkter, integrationer och automationer och förstår vad som krävs för att få dem att fungera utanför en demo.

Vi tror också att du:

är en stark utvecklare och känner dig hemma i exempelvis Python, TypeScript, C# eller liknande har erfarenhet av LLM-baserade lösningar och hur de kopplas till data, verktyg och externa system är van vid API:er, integrationer och moderna moln- och utvecklingsmiljöer förstår hur AI kan kopplas till ERP-miljöer som SAP, datalager och andra affärssystem kan resonera kring säkerhet, behörigheter och dataskydd är pragmatisk, självgående och bekväm med att välja teknik utifrån problemet snarare än leverantören kan prata med både verksamheten och tekniska team kommunicerar obehindrat på svenska och engelska

Det är meriterande om du har erfarenhet av AI-agenter, moderna integrationsmönster för AI eller plattformar och modeller från exempelvis OpenAI, Anthropic eller Microsoft.

Du behöver inte kunna allt. Det viktiga är att du har en stabil teknisk grund, är nyfiken och vill fortsätta utvecklas tillsammans med oss.
