Vad vi kommer att göra tillsammans 🧑‍💻 Som AI/ML-utvecklare på Softhouse hjälper du våra kunder att planera, bygga och realisera sina AI/ML-projekt i olika leveranser och kunduppdrag. Du tar helhetsansvar för maskininlärningsmodellers livscykel, från datainsamling och utveckling, till utvärdering och stabil driftsättning i produktion. Vårt AI-team arbetar både självständigt och tillsammans i leveranser och träffas regelbundet för att diskutera utmaningar och dela kunskap. Vad vi söker hos dig 📌 På Softhouse värdesätter vi vår konsultmässighet högt. För oss handlar det inte bara om dina tekniska färdigheter, utan också om att du är kommunikativ, lyhörd och driven med förmåga att bygga förtroende hos våra kunder. För att lyckas i rollen ser vi att du har minst 3 års erfarenhet inom:

AI/ML-utveckling i Python

Implementering och produktionssättning av maskininlärningsmodeller.

Hela ML-livscykeln, från datainsamling och utveckling, till modellträning, utvärdering och driftsättning.

Vi tror att du har en masterexamen eller PhD inom Teknisk Matematik, Teknisk Fysik, Datateknik, Elektroteknik eller motsvarande. Då konsultrollen innebär mycket kundkontakt krävs det att du är flytande i svenska och engelska, både i tal och skrift. Det är även meriterande om du har erfarenhet av MLOps, on-premises-implementering och driftsättning av AI-lösningar, samt hantering av stora datamängder. Lite av vad vi erbjuder 🤝
