Anbudsingenjör / Kalkylator – Drift & Utemiljö (Stockholm) Pema Partner AB söker en affärsdriven och analytisk Anbudsingenjör / Kalkylator inom drift och underhåll av utemiljöer och fastigheter. Bolaget är en ledande aktör i sin nisch med stabil tillväxt, långvariga kundrelationer och en tydlig position inom offentlig sektor. Om rollen Som Anbudsingenjör/Kalkylator har du en central roll i bolagets fortsatta tillväxt. Du ansvarar för att driva och kvalitetssäkra anbudsprocesser – från analys av förfrågningsunderlag till färdig kalkyl och inlämnat anbud. Du arbetar nära ledning, operativ verksamhet och externa partners, och är en nyckelperson i att säkerställa lönsamma affärer. Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter · Ansvara för kalkylering och prissättning av anbud inom drift och utemiljö · Analysera förfrågningsunderlag (främst enligt LOU) · Ta fram resurs-, tids- och kostnadsberäkningar · Identifiera risker och möjligheter i affärer · Sammanställa och kvalitetssäkra anbudsdokumentation · Delta i strategiska beslut kring vilka affärer bolaget ska räkna på · Arbeta med uppföljning och analys av vunna/förlorade anbud Din profil Vi söker dig som är både analytisk och affärsorienterad, med god förståelse för entreprenad- eller serviceverksamhet. Du har: · Minst 5 års erfarenhet av anbud/kalkyl inom entreprenad, drift, fastighet eller liknande · God förståelse för offentlig upphandling (LOU) · Stark förmåga att räkna på affärer och förstå marginaler · Erfarenhet av Excel och gärna kalkylverktyg · Förmåga att arbeta strukturerat och driva processer självständigt Meriterande: · Erfarenhet inom utemiljö, markskötsel eller fastighetsdrift · Erfarenhet av större ramavtal/offentliga kontrakt Personliga egenskaper · Affärsdriven och resultatorienterad · Noggrann och analytisk · Strukturerad och självgående · God samarbetsförmåga Om uppdraget Detta är en möjlighet att komma in i ett stabilt och växande bolag med stark marknadsposition och goda utvecklingsmöjligheter.
