Högbo Golfklubb söker nu en Arbetsledare Bana & Anläggning som vill vara med och utveckla våran golfanläggning. Rollen passar dig som har erfarenhet från exempelvis park- och grönyteskötsel, entreprenad, maskinentreprenad eller liknande verksamhet och som brinner för kvalitet, människor och golf. Vi har höga ambitioner för vår anläggning och arbetar långsiktigt för att fortsätta höja kvaliteten på både bana och spelupplevelse. Hos oss blir du en viktig del av ett engagerat team där utveckling, samarbete och stolthet för anläggningen står i fokus. Om rollen Som Arbetsledare Bana & Anläggning arbetar du nära banchefen och fungerar som en viktig resurs i den dagliga driften. Du leder och fördelar det praktiska arbetet för teamet samtidigt som du själv är en aktiv del av den operativa verksamheten. Rollen är till största delen praktisk och utförs ute på anläggningen. Du kommer bland annat att: Arbetsleda och stötta säsongspersonal i det dagliga arbetet Delta i skötsel och utveckling av våra banor och anläggningsytor Arbeta med maskiner och utrustning Bidra till planering och uppföljning av det dagliga arbetet Ansvara för eller stötta inom områden såsom bevattning, greener, tees, bunkrar och övriga spelytor Vara en viktig del i klubbens fortsatta kvalitetsutveckling

Under högsäsong arbetar du tillsammans med ett team på cirka 12 personer. Vi söker dig som Har erfarenhet från banskötsel, grönyteskötsel, parkdrift, entreprenad eller liknande verksamhet Har B-körkort Har ett stort intresse för golf Vill utvecklas inom arbetsledning och ledarskap

Meriterande Erfarenhet av bevattningssystem Greenkeeperutbildning Erfarenhet av arbetsledning Utbildning inom park, anläggning eller grönyteförvaltning

För att lyckas i rollen Vi tror att du är en driven och noggrann person som tycker om att ta ansvar och få saker att hända. Du har lätt för att samarbeta med andra och trivs med att stötta och vägleda kollegor i det dagliga arbetet. Framför allt drivs du av att skapa en bana i bästa möjliga skick.
