Två arbetsledare/handledare till Social- och arbetsförvaltningen i Partille kommun Partille kommun söker två arbetsledare/handledare till ett samverkansuppdrag mellan Social- och arbetsförvaltningen och Kultur- och fritidsförvaltningen. En tjänst på placerad på Vuxenenheten och en tjänst är placerad på Arbetsmarknadsenheten. Tjänsterna ingår i arbetet med aktivitetskravet och syftar till att skapa meningsfull sysselsättning för personer med skadligt bruk och beroende. Som arbetsledare/handledare arbetar du nära personer som står långt från arbetsmarknaden. Du leder och fördelar det dagliga arbetet, främst inom verksamheten Kniven, och stöttar deltagarna i att utveckla sina förmågor och närma sig den reguljära arbetsmarknaden. Arbetet innebär praktiska uppgifter, kontakt med kunder och besökare samt viss administration och dokumentation. Du samarbetar med kollegor och andra professioner och bidrar till verksamhetens utveckling. Kommunen erbjuder kontinuerlig kompetensutveckling och processhandledning. Kvalifikationer Du ska ha: eftergymnasial utbildning inom beteendevetenskap eller pedagogik, gärna från högskola/universitet erfarenhet av att arbetsleda och coacha personer inom arbetsmarknadsåtgärder i grupp god förmåga att uttrycka dig i tal och skrift god datorvana B-körkort

Erfarenhet av arbete med personer med beroendeproblematik är meriterande. Vi söker dig som är trygg, prestigelös, ansvarstagande och empatisk. Du har ett professionellt bemötande, är tydlig och uthållig och kan skapa struktur och ordning. Du är flexibel, anpassningsbar och öppen för kreativa lösningar samt har förståelse för hur bakgrund, kultur och grupptillhörighet påverkar människor. Bra att veta Inför anställning ska godtagbart utdrag ur belastningsregistret uppvisas. Intervjuer är planerade 15 oktober och 21 oktober.
