Dina arbetsuppgifter Du kommer att tillhöra en grupp med ca 15 medarbetare som kör baktömmare. Ordning och reda på anläggning är av största prioritet och vikt och det är därför viktigt att du gillar att arbeta för hög kvalitet och effektivitet. Majoriteten av arbetsuppgifterna är kopplat till operativ produktion, och att tillsammans med kollegor samt ansvarig arbetsledning planera och fördela det dagliga arbetet och chaufförernas dagliga rutiner, så som att boka fordon fordon på service och andra verkstadsbesök samt se till att alla fordon är bemannade. I din roll bidrar du till att säkerställa den dagliga bemanningen, ha kundkontakt, arbetar med avvikelsehantering, återrapportering, att fordon tas om hand och att bevaka våra tillstånd. Du uppmuntrar och stöttar kollegor att hålla en god prestation avseende både kvalitet och effektivitet. Du rapporterar till och har ett tätt samarbete med sektionschefen. Sektionschefen har fullt personalansvar för samtliga i teamet. Din profil För att lyckas i rollen ser vi att du är serviceinriktad, lösningsorienterad och ansvarstagande. Du trivs i en praktisk och operativ miljö där tempot stundtals kan vara högt, och du har förmåga att både arbeta självständigt och samarbeta nära med kollegor, kunder och chef. Som person har du lätt för att skapa engagemang och bidra till ett gott arbetsklimat. Du har en naturlig fallenhet för att se styrkor hos olika individer och kan bidra till att fördela arbetsuppgifter på ett sätt som skapar kvalitet, effektivitet och framdrift i det dagliga arbetet. Vi ser gärna att du har erfarenhet från lager, logistik, produktion eller avfalls-/transportbranschen. Tidigare erfarenhet av arbetsledning eller att samordna och fördela arbete är meriterande. Du har god datorvana och behärskar svenska väl i både tal och skrift. B-körkort och minst treårig gymnasieutbildning är ett krav för tjänsten. Vi lägger stor vikt vid personlig lämplighet. Meriterande erfarenheter Erfarenhet av baktömmande fordon Erfarenhet av att vara Arbetsledare C-kort eller andra maskinbehörigheter Kunskap om avfallsförordningen och miljöbalken
