The posting

Vi söker en driven och strukturerad arbetsledare som vill vara med och utveckla vår verkstad och säkerställa ett effektivt, kvalitativt och välplanerat arbetsflöde. I rollen blir du navet i vår dagliga verksamhet och en viktig länk mellan mekaniker, planering och övriga funktioner i företaget. Som arbetsledare ansvarar du för att leda, fördela och följa upp arbetet i verkstaden. Du ser till att planeringen håller, att rätt resurser finns tillgängliga och att arbetet flyter på enligt tidsplan och kvalitet. Du är närvarande i verkstaden, skapar struktur i vardagen och fungerar som stöd för både nya och erfarna mekaniker. Arbetet omfattar allt från service och underhåll till avancerad felsökning, diagnostisering och reparationer av våra lastbilar/bussar. Du behöver därför ha teknisk förståelse, ett lösningsorienterat arbetssätt och förmågan att fatta beslut när det behövs. Du kommer trivas hos oss om du… Gillar ett varierat arbete där du både leder och stöttar teamet.

Har en naturlig pondus och trivs i en roll där du driver arbetet framåt.

Har lätt för att kommunicera, skapa struktur och hålla många bollar i luften.

Brinner för teknik, problemlösning och hög kvalitet i varje leverans.

Ser värdet i lagarbete och trivs med att skapa en trygg och effektiv arbetsmiljö.

Dina egenskaper och kvalifikationer Fordonsteknisk utbildning

Erfarenhet av tunga fordon eller bussar

Meriterande: el-/högvoltskompetens

Meriterande: AC-certifikat och/eller CNG-utbildning

Tidigare ledarerfarenhet eller naturlig förmåga att ta ansvar

Förmåga att arbeta både självständigt och i team

God kommunikativ förmåga och tydlig svenska i tal och skrift

B-körkort (C/D är meriterande)
