Till vår kund i Märsta söker vi nu en arbetsledare som får en roll i den dagliga driften, med fokus på att planera och fördela arbetet, skapa tydliga prioriteringar och se till att teamet har rätt förutsättningar för att nå dagens mål. Om rollen Som arbetsledare har du en viktig funktion i den dagliga driften och ser till att arbetet på lagret flyter på enligt plan. Du leder och fördelar det dagliga arbetet, skapar tydliga prioriteringar och anpassar planeringen utifrån volymer, bemanning och verksamhetens behov. Du arbetar nära teamet och följer löpande upp hur arbetet fortskrider under dagen. När förutsättningarna förändras behöver du snabbt kunna prioritera om, hantera avvikelser och hitta lösningar som håller verksamheten i gång. Du följer upp kvalitet och produktivitet, säkerställer att rutiner och arbetssätt efterlevs och stöttar teamet i det dagliga arbetet. Rollen passar dig som trivs mitt i den operativa verksamheten, där du får kombinera struktur och planering med ett närvarande ledarskap och problemlösning. Du blir också en del av arbetet med att utveckla och förbättra verksamhetens processer och arbetssätt. Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter:

Leda och fördela det dagliga arbetet samt säkerställa att teamet har rätt förutsättningar för att nå uppsatta leveransmål

Planera bemanning och kapacitet på kort sikt utifrån verksamhetens behov

Följa upp produktivitet, kvalitet och andra relevanta nyckeltal samt agera på avvikelser

Introducera, utbilda och stötta medarbetare i arbetssätt, processer och rutiner

Hantera och följa upp avvikelser kopplade till produktion, kvalitet och arbetsmiljö samt eskalera vid behov

Driva och bidra till löpande förbättringsarbete inom det egna området

Säkerställa att rutiner och arbetssätt inom kvalitet, säkerhet och arbetsmiljö följs i den dagliga verksamheten

Vem söker vi? Vi söker dig som har tidigare erfarenhet från lager och logistik och som känner dig trygg i en arbetsledande roll. Du kan exempelvis ha arbetat som arbetsledare, teamledare eller haft ett utökat ansvar i en operativ lagerverksamhet. För att lyckas i rollen behöver du kunna växla mellan att se helheten och att snabbt ta tag i det som händer här och nu. Du är tydlig i din kommunikation, har lätt för att prioritera och skapar förtroende genom att vara närvarande och tillgänglig för teamet. Det är meriterande om du har truckkort och truckerfarenhet.
