Vår kund i Upplands Väsby söker nu en arbetsledare som trivs i en operativ miljö och som motiveras av att få team, planering och leverans att fungera tillsammans. Här får du ett tydligt ansvar i vardagen och möjlighet att påverka både arbetssätt och resultat. Om rollen I rollen som arbetsledare ansvarar du för att skapa struktur och framdrift i den dagliga lagerverksamheten. Du planerar arbetet utifrån aktuella volymer och bemanning, fördelar resurser och ser till att teamet vet vad som ska göras och vilka prioriteringar som gäller. En stor del av rollen handlar om att finnas nära verksamheten och medarbetarna. Du följer upp arbetet under dagen, fångar upp hinder och avvikelser och ser till att rätt åtgärder sätts in när något inte går enligt plan. Samtidigt arbetar du aktivt med produktivitet, kvalitet och säkerhet och bidrar till att utveckla arbetssätt som skapar en effektiv och välfungerande drift. Som arbetsledare blir du en naturlig kontaktpunkt för teamet. Du introducerar och stöttar medarbetare, skapar tydlighet kring förväntningar och bidrar till en arbetsmiljö där människor vet vad som förväntas och kan prestera tillsammans. Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter:

Planera, prioritera och fördela det dagliga arbetet inom lagerverksamheten

Säkerställa rätt bemanning och resursfördelning utifrån volymer och aktuellt behov

Följa upp leveranser, produktivitet och kvalitet och vidta åtgärder vid avvikelser

Vara ett operativt stöd för medarbetarna och skapa tydlighet i det dagliga arbetet

Introducera och utbilda medarbetare i rutiner, processer och arbetssätt

Följa upp frågor och avvikelser inom produktion, kvalitet, säkerhet och arbetsmiljö

Identifiera förbättringsmöjligheter och bidra till utvecklingen av verksamhetens processer

Säkerställa att fastställda rutiner och säkerhetsföreskrifter efterlevs

Vem söker vi? Vi söker dig som har erfarenhet av lager och logistik och som tidigare har haft ansvar för att leda andra i den operativa verksamheten. Du kan ha arbetat som arbetsledare eller teamledare, alternativt haft en roll där du ansvarat för exempelvis arbetsfördelning, prioriteringar och uppföljning av ett team. Du är van vid en vardag där förutsättningarna snabbt kan förändras och har förmågan att behålla struktur även när tempot ökar. Som person är du tydlig och kommunikativ och känner dig bekväm med att fatta beslut och prioritera när situationen kräver det. Samtidigt är du närvarande i ditt ledarskap och tycker om att stötta och utveckla människor i det dagliga arbetet. Truckkort och tidigare erfarenhet av truckkörning är meriterande.
