Vi söker en arbetsterapeut till vår vårdcentral i Kristianstad! Tryggakliniken Kristianstad startade i oktober 2018 och tillhör en koncern som innefattar primärvård, företagshälsovård och friskvård. Tryggakliniken Kristianstad finns i nybyggda lokaler på C4 Shopping handelsområde i Hammar. Vårdcentralen har idag cirka 20 medarbetare på mottagningen där man byggt upp och uppskattar den mycket fina gemenskapen i personalgruppen. Nu söker vi dig som är legitimerad arbetsterapeut. Vi ser gärna att du har tidigare erfarenhet av primärvård och/eller rehabkoordinatorsroll. Arbetsuppgifter Som arbetsterapeut hos oss arbetar du självständigt och i nära samarbete med andra professioner. Dina arbetsuppgifter omfattar bland annat: Bedömning av aktivitetsförmåga och behov av insatser Rehabiliterande och habiliterande insatser Förskrivning och uppföljning av hjälpmedel Handledning och rådgivning till patienter/brukare, anhöriga och personal Dokumentation enligt gällande lagstiftning Samverkan med övriga yrkesgrupper och externa aktörer Koordinering av rehabiliteringsinsatser i samverkan med vård, arbetsgivare och andra aktörer (vid kompetens som rehabkoordinator)

Kvalifikationer Vi söker dig som: Är legitimerad arbetsterapeut Har goda kunskaper i svenska, både i tal och skrift Har god dokumentationsvana Har B-körkort

Meriterande: Utbildning och/eller erfarenhet som rehabkoordinator Erfarenhet av arbete inom primärvård
