Vi söker en arbetsterapeut till medicinska enheten Vi söker dig som legitimerad arbetsterapeut till ett vikariat med möjlighet till förlängning. Som medarbetare hos oss ingår du i ett team med härlig familjär stämning och god sammanhållning, där vi tillsammans arbetar med individen i fokus, för individens bästa. Vårt team består av sjuksköterskor, distriktsköterskor, MAS, arbetsterapeuter och fysioterapeut. Vi utgår från Bergvattnets vård, hälsa och omsorg där vi självständigt planerar och lägger upp vår dag. Hos oss är det nära såväl till varandra som till andra professioner vilket underlättar samarbetet och ger oss goda möjlighet att fördela arbetet och stötta varandra. Vi är positiva inför framtidens välfärdsteknik och arbetar bland annat med digitala stöd för hälsofrämjande insatser och motverka ensamhet. Arbetsuppgifter Du utför sedvanliga arbetsuppgifter för arbetsterapeut inom ramen för kommunalt hälso- och sjukvårdsansvar. Dina arbetsuppgifter är att bedöma, planera, utföra och följa upp arbetsterapeutinsatser för personer bosatta vid äldreboende, gruppboende inom LSS samt vuxna med behov av insatser i det ordinära boendet. Du handleder och undervisar omvårdnadspersonal. Arbetar med dokumentation och avvikelser enligt gällande lagar och föreskrifter ingår. Du är initiativrik och ansvarstagande samt har god ämneskompetens. Naturligtvis är du respektfull i bemötandet med vårdande individer och dess anhöriga. Du har förmåga att arbeta självständigt, noggrant och kunna prioritera rätt. Du trivs med samarbete för att föra god kommunikation och samverkan. Stämmer detta in på dig? Vi lägger stor vikt vid personlig lämplighet. Villkor Arbetstid: Måndag till fredag, 7-16 Körkort: B-körkort. Tillgång till tjänstebil finns. Varaktighet: tillträde enligt överenskommelse till och med 12/4, med möjlighet till förlängning. Individuell lönesättning
