Aktivera Rehab i Danderyd söker nu en leg. arbetsterapeut för en tillsvidareanställning. Vi bedriver primärvårds rehabilitering under Regionen. Vi är runt 20 anställda: arbetsterapeuter, fysioterapeuter, kiropraktorer, dietister och receptionister som samarbetar för att patienten ska få den absolut bästa vården. Det är därför viktigt att du kan samarbeta med övriga kollegor inom alla yrkesgrupper, då vi i hög grad arbetar multimodalt kring patienten och ser det som en styrka i vår verksamhet och i ditt arbete. Du kommer främst att ansvara för hemrehabilitering, men även hjälpmedelutprovning, grupper och vid kompetens arbetsförmågebedömning och lymfterapi på mottagningen. I dina arbetsuppgifter ingår: ADL bedömningar, hjälpmedelsbedömning, förskrivning och utprovning i patientens hem samt information om urval och Regionens regler. Besök på Sodexo, minnesbedömningar samt kognitiva hjälpmedel. Råd och stöd om egenvård. Du kommer arbeta tillsammans med fysioterapeut och dietist, åka på både team besök och individuella besök. Ni arbetar och strukturera upp er dag tillsammans. Arbetsuppgifterna är varierande vilket ställer krav på att du är organiserad, flexibel och självständig och kan ha överblick över patientens situation och prioritera dina insatser därefter. Vi har ett kontinuerligt samarbetar med externa vårdgivare i vår omgivning. Hos oss har du möjlighet att komma med egna initiativ för hur du kan hjälpa dina patienter på bästa sätt. Vi är ett positivt team med högt till tak som gillar att både diskutera gemensamma patienter men även göra roliga saker tillsammans utanför arbetet.
