Vi söker en engagerad arbetsterapeut som vill vara med och skapa förutsättningar för delaktighet, självständighet och en meningsfull vardag för personer inom LSS, boendestöd och daglig verksamhet. Vi erbjuder ett varierat och utvecklande arbete där du har stor möjlighet att påverka både individens livskvalitet och verksamhetens utveckling. Du blir en viktig del av vårt rehabiliteringsteam och samarbetar nära fysioterapeut, sjuksköterskor, enhetschefer och omsorgspersonal. Tillträde enligt överenskommelse. Arbetsuppgifter Som arbetsterapeut arbetar du med att stärka individens aktivitetsförmåga och självständighet utifrån personens egna mål och förutsättningar. Arbetet innefattar bland annat att: Bedöma aktivitets- och funktionsförmåga. Planera, genomföra och följa upp arbetsterapeutiska insatser. Förskriva, prova ut och följa upp hjälpmedel. Handleda och utbilda personal i ett rehabiliterande arbetssätt och bemötande frågor. Samverka med brukare, anhöriga, kollegor och externa vårdgivare så som utföra tjänsteköp åt regionen. Dokumentera i journalsystemet Viva. Bidra till verksamhetsutveckling och kvalitetsarbete.

Kvalifikationer Krav: Legitimerad arbetsterapeut.

Meriterande: Erfarenhet av arbete inom LSS, socialpsykiatri eller kommunal rehabilitering. Erfarenhet av hjälpmedelsförskrivning. Erfarenhet av kognitiva hjälpmedel och kognitivt stöd. Erfarenhet av handledning och utbildning av personal. Kunskap om lågaffektivt bemötande och alternativ kompletterande kommunikation (AKK).
