Då kan detta uppdrag vara något för dig! Om tjänsten Perido söker nu en arkivarie till ett uppdrag hos vår kund, en statlig förvaltningsmyndighet som arbetar med infrastrukturen i samhället. Tjänsten är placerad i Norrköping, där arbetet sker på plats. Du kommer självständigt att ansvara för att samordna och delta i förvaltningen av det fysiska centralarkivet i Norrköping. I rollen ingår att säkerställa att pappershandlingar hanteras, förvaras och hålls i god ordning samt att arkivet sköts på ett strukturerat och ändamålsenligt sätt. Dina egenskaper För att lyckas i rollen behöver du vara strukturerad, noggrann och självgående, med ett öga för detaljer och kvalitet. Du trivs med administrativa arbetsuppgifter, tar ansvar för att driva ditt arbete framåt och har lätt för att samarbeta med både interna och externa kontakter. Vidare är du serviceinriktad, lösningsorienterad och har förmåga att snabbt sätta dig in i nya rutiner och arbetssätt. Låter detta som ett uppdrag för dig? Vi ser fram emot din ansökan! Kvalifikationer (nedan krav måste uppfyllas samt framgå tydligt i CV): Högskoleutbildning eller likvärdig utbildning och minst ett (1) års arbetslivserfarenhet från liknande arbete. Alternativt, minst tre (3) års arbetslivserfarenhet som arkivarie Praktisk erfarenhet av offentlig verksamhet Kunskaper i MS Office eller likvärdigt Kunskaper om dokument- och ärendehanteringssystem (exempelvis Public360, W3D3, Platina, Iipax One Visual Arkiv m.fl.) Kännedom om lagar och förordningar som styr offentlig verksamhet och arkivariers funktion och ansvar Kunna kommunicera obehindrat på svenska, såväl i tal som i skrift Kunskap i standarder som OAIS, METS, PREMIS, PAIMAS.
