Om rollen Som assistent hos oss blir du en viktig nyckelperson i det dagliga arbetet. Du ingår i en arbetsgrupp tillsammans med sex personer. På kontoret finns också ombudsmän och förtroendevalda. Arbetet på kontoret leds av lokalkontorschef och administrativ chef. Kommunal Västra Svealands verksamhet består av ett lokalkontor och 15 sektioner runt om i avdelningens geografiska område som omfattar Örebro och Värmlands län. Västra Svealand består idag av ca 32 300 medlemmar. Avdelningsordförande är den demokratiska ledaren.

Du kommer att ha ett brett uppdrag med fokus på:

Administrativt stöd till chefer och medarbetare Allmän kontorsservice Medlemsservice

Vi söker dig som: Har erfarenhet av liknande arbetsuppgifter Är självgående, noggrann och lösningsorienterad Har god datorvana och lätt för att lära dig nya system Kommunicerar obehindrat på svenska i tal och skrift Har en god känsla för service och tycker om att hjälpa andra God vana att hantera medlemskontakter Meriterande om du har arbetat i en ideell organisation

Erfarenhet av att arbeta i administrativa system och kunskaper inom Microsoft 365 är meriterande.
