Som Assisterande Restaurangchef är du en nyckelperson i vårt ledningsteam. Tillsammans med restaurangchefen leder du den dagliga driften och motiverar teamet till att nå både högt ställda mål och härlig arbetsglädje. Du kommer att arbeta nära våra gäster och kollegor för att säkerställa att vi varje dag levererar på våra tre ledord: Gott. Snabbt. Enkelt. Vi erbjuder våra gäster god mat lagad på råvaror av hög kvalitet, och en upplevelse som går bortom det vanliga inom snabbmat. Dina ansvarsområden: Som Assisterande Restaurangchef är du en viktig del av teamet och jobbar tätt ihop med restaurangchefen för att få både människor och resultat att växa. Du leder det dagliga arbetet, planerar scheman och ser till att både gäster och kollegor trivs. Med fokus på service, kvalitet och arbetsglädje håller du restaurangen på topp – varje dag! Tillsammans med teamet kommer du att driva detta: Driva restaurangen mot uppsatta mål genom tydliga handlingsplaner. Leda teamet i det dagliga arbetet och vara ett föredöme i både service och arbetsglädje. Planera personal, schemaläggning och bemanning. Säkerställa en hög nivå av kundbemötande och service. Ansvara för rutiner kring kvalitet, renlighet, underhåll och regelefterlevnad. Bidra till lokal marknadsföring och försäljningsaktiviteter. Aktivt följa upp resultat och driva förbättringar. Vem är du? Du är en naturlig ledare med minst ett till två års erfarenhet av personalansvar, gärna inom restaurang eller servicebranschen. I din roll trivs du med att ta ansvar, fatta egna beslut och påverka resultatet på riktigt. Du är strukturerad, lösningsfokuserad och har ett starkt driv att arbeta mot tydliga mål. Din positiva energi smittar av sig, och du har förmågan att motivera och inspirera andra till att göra sitt bästa. Eftersom vi verkar i en snabb och serviceinriktad miljö är det också viktigt att du har tidigare erfarenhet från restaurang- eller servicebranschen – det ser vi som ett grundkrav. Vad erbjuder vi?
