Du är legitimerad sjuksköterska och har påbyggnadsutbildning inom Astma/KOL om minst 15 högskolepoäng. Det är meriterande med tidigare erfarenhet från arbete som Astma/KOL-sjuksköterska samt från arbete inom primärvård. Du är en trygg person som behåller lugnet och fokus oavsett situation. Du har ett flexibelt och nyfiket förhållningssätt och god samarbetsförmåga. Vi lägger stor vikt vid personlig lämplighet. Ett nära samarbete sker med dina kollegor på enheten och tvärprofessionellt i teamet. Tillsammans med vårdcentralsledningen ansvarar ni för att utveckla och driva verksamheten framåt. Tjänsten avser en tjänstgöringsgrad på 20%. Vi söker dig som tar initiativ i arbetet och är trygg med att fatta egna beslut. Du är noggrann, har en god problemlösande förmåga och kan på ett effektivt sätt prioritera bland dina arbetsuppgifter. Dina arbetsuppgifter på vårdcentralen spänner sig över ett brett arbetsfält och omfattar det allmänmedicinska området där du möter patienter i alla åldrar och situationer. Du arbetar hälsofrämjande, rådgivande och behandlande i första linjens vård, både via telefon, fysiskt på mottagningen och digitalt. Arbetet är till stor del självständigt vilket innebär att kunna göra egna bedömningar och fatta egna beslut. På vår enhet arbetar vi dagligen med sambedömning där du som sjuksköterska tillsammans med läkaren och andra professioner bedömer patienterna. I arbetet möter du många patienter därför är det viktigt att du är tillmötesgående, lyhörd och har en vilja att hjälpa andra. Vi tror också att du trivs med teamarbete och för dig är det en självklarhet att samarbeta med kollegor och övriga kontakter. Du kan formulera dig väl i både tal och skrift, samt är en engagerad och god lyssnare vid så väl digitala möten som besök på mottagningen. Vi ser gärna att du har ett intresse för digitalisering och verksamhetsutveckling. Mobilia Vårdcentral är en väletablerad mottagning med stabil bemanning. Vi tar hjälp av varandras kompetenser för att få stöd i arbetet och för att ge patienten en god vård, i dagsläget har vi ca 8300 listade patienter.
