Tidigare erfarenhet av service och kundorienterat arbete inom detaljhandeln, så som varulogistik, kampanjuppföljning och resultatfrämjande exponering

Vi ser gärna att du har erfarenhet och intresse för någon eller några av våra produktkategorier

Kunskap eller erfarenhet av reservdelar ett krav

Du har mycket goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska

Du är en social, ansvarstagande och strukturerad person

Du drivs av att arbeta mot uppsatta mål och resultat, att främja en god gemenskap samt nå framgång med teamet på din avdelning.

Rollen som avdelningsansvarig I rollen som avdelningsansvarig kommer du att:

Agera teamleader för din avdelning och rapportera direkt till varuhuschefen

Bli en del av varuhusets ledningsgrupp

Ansvara för avdelningens resultat och tillsammans med ditt team arbeta för att nå avdelningens uppsatta mål med ett stort kundfokus

Stötta varuhuschefen i rekrytering och personalfrågor som rör din avdelning

Bli delaktig i att utforma och följa den kommersiella planen för varuhuset

Ha huvudansvar för genomförandet av aktuella kampanjer och marknadsföring

Säkerställa effektivitet vid den dagliga driften och vid varupåfyllning

Vara en förebild för övriga medarbetare kopplat till försäljning, kundservice, säkerhetsarbete, kultur och värderingar
