The posting

Om verksamheten BålstaDoktorn är en stor vårdcentral belägen i Bålsta med ca 13 000 patienter. Verksamheten bedrivs i mysiga lokaler nära Mälaren och består av ca 45 glada medarbetare fördelade på läkare, sjuksköterskor, undersköterskor, barnmorskor BVC-sköterskor, fysioterapeuter, dietist, kurator och psykolog. Vi jobbar i team runt våra patienter för att kunna bibehålla den familjära känslan som vi anser viktig. Om tjänsten Vi söker en vikarie för vår kurator/rehabkoordinator. Helst önskar vi att du är leg kurator med erfarenhet ifrån arbete som både kurator och rehabkoordinator men är även intresserade av dig som antingen är kurator eller har erfarenhet ifrån arbete som rehabkoordinator. Som kurator hos oss är du en viktig del i att tillsammans med läkare och sjuksköterskor bedöma patienters psykiska hälsa. Du ingår i ett team tillsammans med psykolog. Vi arbetar enligt Region Uppsalas modell Stegvis Vård som du får utbildning i vid anställning. Utöver detta ingår även kortare behandlingar av patienter i olika typer av kriser. Som rehabkoordinator är du en viktig kontakt för patienter som har arbetsrelaterad ohälsa och behöver stöd i att få till ett fungerande arbetsliv. Arbetet innebär kontakt med såväl läkare som försäkringskassa och arbetsgivare. Tjänsten som rehabkoordinator är på 60% och kurator 40%.

Kvalifikationer Leg kurator och/eller erfarenhet av arbete som rehabkoordinator

Flytande svenska i tal och skrift är ett krav.

Genomgången utbildning inom och erfarenhet av Motiverande samtal är önskvärt.
