Koncepta arbetar med telemarketing, fast ändå inte – vi är annorlunda. Vi samarbetar med välkända uppdragsgivare som Giving People, Nattvandrarna, Småföretagarnas Riksförbund och Stiftelsen Aktiv Skola, som vi samlar in medlemmar och sponsring till. Våra säljare ringer dessutom enbart till företag. Vi har kollektivavtal och betalar grundlön utifrån det. Men vi sätter inga gränser på hur mycket våra säljare får sälja eller tjäna, och därför kan du komma upp i en mycket hög lön om du är aktiv och engagerad. Är du en duktig säljare, så har du även möjlighet att sluta tidigare om dagarna. Alla våra medarbetare har egna rum. Du behöver inte ha säljerfarenhet. Vi utbildar och coachar alla våra medarbetare.

Krav/ kvalifikationer/ egenskaper: Du behöver ha hög kommunikations- och uttrycksförmåga och tala mycket god svenska i och med att vi använder telefon som arbetsverktyg. Eget ansvarstagande och initiativförmåga är viktigt i rollen samt god samarbetsförmåga i och med att vi både jobbar individuellt och i team.

Vår säljkår består av duktiga medarbetare från olika bakgrunder och i alla åldrar. Vi har stort fokus på både säljande och gemenskap, och gör mycket aktiviteter tillsammans. Vi rekryterar löpande och därmed kan tjänsterna komma att tillsättas innan sista ansökningsdatum. Tjänsterna är tillsvidareanställningar som påbörjas med sex månaders visstidsanställning. Alla våra tjänster är heltidsanställningar. Under semestertiderna går det fortfarande bra att söka jobb hos oss även om det kan ta lite längre tid att få svar.
